Today, our primary focus is education however a large percentage of our existing customer base and new revenue originates from outside K-12. These industries include higher education, health care, corporate and many others.
Rise Vision is currently searching for an Account Executive to specialize and drive business in our higher education, healthcare, corporate, and other segments outside of K-12 and who will contribute to turning this vision into reality
As an Account Executive, you are accountable for generating new MRR from leads assigned to you.
You are a product expert on Rise Vision, understand our BrandScript and how to position and sell Rise Vision, and deeply understand our customer and what problems they face. Furthermore, you understand the sales strategy and your sales focus will be primarily in higher education, healthcare, corporate, and other segments outside of K-12 .
You use the tactics, tools, and processes available to you to execute on the sales strategy and manage your prospects throughout the sales cycle whether it's direct or working with a reseller. You ensure all related your activity is diligently logged in the CRM and its associated with the correct contacts, which are associated with the correct company, and information is always current as of the last business day. Anyone can look at a customer's account and easily know the history within one business day of the last activity.
You're accountable for maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and predictably forecasting the new MRR you’ll generate. You provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on the quality of leads you get and how it might be improved and you suggest improvements to the sales strategy by analyzing the customer feedback you get and why you lose deals.
3+ years of experience working in sales, sales development, or account management in a B2B SaaS company
Strong business acumen with proven experience achieving quarterly sales targets, forecasting, reporting and KPIs
Proven track record for taking a hands-on roll up the sleeves approach, has grit and is a natural problem solver
Has strong presentation skills
Thrives within a dynamic entrepreneurial culture where change is constant
A collaborator who demonstrates energy and a sense of urgency when fulfilling day-to-day responsibilities
Has experience working in CRM systems – experience with HubSpot is an asset
Is open to travel to tradeshows and industry events
Experienced working remotely within a virtual company utilizing chat applications (Slack) and video conferencing (Zoom) to communicate with peers throughout the day
A continuous learner who strives for consistent improvement
Wants to work on a distributed team and for a fully distributed company, experience selling to corporate and higher education is an asset
